The new HONOR X5 Plus boasts a 5,200mAh battery, which is marginally bigger than the usual 5,000mAh capacity we see in most phones today. The company claims it can provide “full power from dawn to dusk” with up to 17.8 hours of online video playback. Albeit charging is relatively slow at 10W.
It also comes with a sharp 50-megapixel main camera with a bright f/1.8 aperture joined by a 2-megapixel depth sensor. No ultra-wide. Powering everything is an entry-level MediaTek Helio G36 octa-core processor, with 4GB of RAM and a relatively small 64GB of storage.

The Honor X6a has a refreshing design that is different from most other smartphones on the market. The device has a flat-screen design with a slightly curved back. The phone is available in two colors: Cyan Lake and Midnight Black.

This 3D Woven Texture is an industry-first, and to me, this looks like one of those luxury clothing pieces, a shirt to be specific, with a golden zipper in the middle.
The design really shines, even when you put on the case, and is complimented by the copper-finish on the sides, top and bottom. Thanks to curved sides, it also feels great to hold, though I am a bit concerned that the rear panel can easily catch dirt or stains. Now, onto the other side of the coin. There is no specified waterproofing, no expandable storage, and no headphone jack. You do, however, get a pair of speakers. You also get the same display as the Pro+ – a 6.7 FHD+ 120Hz Curved OLED screen that supports HDR10+. Oppo Reno 10 Pro Plus 5G
The Oppo’s Reno 10 Pro+ 5G is its first Reno branded smartphone to make it into the premium segment. The device has a premium design with a polycarbonate frame sandwiched between two sheets of 3D curved glass screens. Despite its premium price, the phone lacks some premium features like an IP rating and wireless charging.
Performance with its slightly outdated processor is still quite good and will be sufficient for most premium smartphone users. Gaming performance with the curved edge OLED display’s 240Hz touch sampling rate is also very impressive.
Camera performance is quite good. While the primary camera performs as expected, the ultra-wide isn’t best in class. The high-resolution telephoto camera does an impressive job while shooting at its native 3X optical zoom, which is useful for portraits and close-ups.
Battery life easily lasts over a day with heavy usage and the included 100W charger is rather quick when it comes to charging the phone.
