It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset with 8GB of RAM, Android 13 OS, and realme UI 4.0 interface. The OPPO Reno 8T 5G is a "mid-range" smartphone that features a "Fiberglass-leather" back, a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz screen refresh rate, 100MP + 2MP + 2MP triple rear cameras, and 32MP selfie camera.

The smartphone is fueled by a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + Fast charging 67W, 50% in 15 min, 100% in 46 min (advertised) + USB Power Delivery 3.0. The phone runs on Android 12 + MIUI 13 operating system.
The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Mali-G68 MC4. The device comes in 6.67 inches size and the display is OLED that provides 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. It is packed with 6 GB, 8 GB, 12 GB RAM and 128 GB, 256 GB internal storage.
The rear camera features a triple-camera: 50 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultrawide) + 2 MP (macro) while on the front, there is a single camera: 16 MP (wide). The device is equipped with sensors such as under display, optical fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
