Transaction Information and Policy
Tech101 accepts the following payment methods under following condition:
- Cash on Delivery
- Available for Metro Manila Only
- Cash on Pick Up
- Available in all Tech101 Branches nationwide.
- Bank Transfer
- Proof of payment shall be sent to Tech101 within three (3) days, otherwise will be considered cancel. Payment details and other details will be provided upon check out.
- Credit Cards
- Payment will be processed by 3rd Party Service Provider.
- Credit Card numbers are encrypted when transmitted over the internet.
- Tech101 does not retain credit card information.
- GCash
- QR Code will be provided upon check out. Proof of payment shall be sent to Tech101 right after the transaction.
Tech101 shall not be responsible and liable for any loss or damages to the customer arising from wrong input/enter of shipping information and/or payment information for the item purchased.
Tech101 reserves the right to check and decide whether the customer is eligible for the said payment method and may suspend the transaction if no further confirmation/validation was provided by the customer.
Shipping Policy
All delivery and shipment shall be handled by Tech101 or its affiliated companies as long as the destination is covered by its delivery network. Only official partner courier will be available for selection upon check out.
Shipping Fee will be computed base on Delivery Address you provided and shall be available upon check out.
Tech101 shall not held liable for non-delivery of product due to the following circumstances beyond Tech101’s control and its affiliate partners:
- Unavailability of the cardholder or authorized representative
- Incomplete or invalid delivery address
For Delivery: Upon submission of order, an order confirmation shall be send to you. Processing of order shall take at least 1-3 days. Tech101 will send shipping details once our parcel has been shipped out.
- Cash on Delivery
- Metro Manila – within 1-2 working days
- Bank Transfer and other Payment Option
- Metro Manila – within 1-2 working days
(after receiving validation email on proof of payment send by Tech101)

- Visayas and Mindanao – within 27 working days
For Pick Up: Upon submission of order, an order confirmation shall be send to you. Processing of order shall take at least 1-3 days. Tech101 will send pick up details base on the contact information provided by you.
- Cash on Pick Up – Available at any Tech101 Stores nationwide
- Without Down Payment – Product shall be reserved for Three (3) days from the date of confirmation send by Tech101.
- With Down Payment – Product shall be reserved for Twenty (20) days from the date of confirmation and payment validation send by Tech101.
Tech101 shall be the one to provide the date of reservation once order has been confirmed. All transaction (Bank Transfer and Other payment option), other than Cash payment shall required Validation Email from Tech101 before processing.
Pricing Policy
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without any prior notice. This may occur due to supplier price changes or due to current market situation. Tech101 E-Shop price may or may not be applicable for some physical stores due to marketing purposes.

Tech101 does not guarantee that the Site or any content, service or features of this Site will be Complete, accurate, error-free or uninterrupted. The Site and its content are delivered on an “as is” and “as-available” basis. All information provided on the Site is subject to change without notice.
